Almonds and pistachios

We sell quality spanish almonds and pistachios classified in different sizes and in bulk or packaging (vacuum and CO2), both to EU countries and to third countries. We have conventional and organic natural almond, peeled and peeled & roasted, pistachio conventional and organic Kerman natural, roasted and salted and in seeds. Orders will be set in a week from order and we do private label.

Almonds

Thanks to our extensive experience in cultivating nuts, which we started on our farm more than 13 years ago, we now produce enough almonds and pistachios on our farm to consider the possibility of industrializing the process and managing the entire production chain up to the commercialization of the final product. We crack almonds and process cracked almonds for commercialization, mainly outside of Spain, in various sizes. The types of almonds we market are:

Largueta Almond

Largueta: The grain of this variety is of excellent quality and appearance (with an attractive shape and color), predominantly consisting of large sizes. It is a highly valued variety.

Comuna Almond

Comuna or Valencia: “The term ‘Comuna’ encompasses the rest of the varieties, with the most representative Spanish ones being: ‘Guara’, ‘Masbovera’, ‘Gloerita’, ‘Vayro’, and ‘Constantí’. These are high-quality almonds. This almond is later-ripening, with a sweet flavor and versatility. Each of these varieties presents a grain with different characteristics in terms of appearance, quality, and industrial uses (snacks, ice creams, chocolates, nougats, marzipan, coatings, slices, sticks, crushed, flour, paste, etc.). We market them with skin, roasted in saltwater, blanched, and blanched roasted.
Marcona: The Marcona almond is native to the province of Alicante, specifically to Xixona. It is a large, round-shaped fruit with a sweet taste and a high content of fatty acids, which are monounsaturated and beneficial for health, as they help reduce and control cholesterol levels. These characteristics make the Marcona almond one of the most expensive and sought-after by the confectionery and nougat industries; also, due to its lower oil content, it is often used for producing fried almonds. Considered the ‘queen of the Valencian Community,’ it is generically referred to as ‘Marconas’ in the United States to denote the finest roasted almonds used for snacks.

Almond Flour

Almond flour: “Made by grinding conventional or organic blanched almonds. This product is highly nutritious, with a high fiber content. Low in carbohydrates and a source of healthy fats, making it one of the best foods for fighting cancer. It contains antioxidants, plant-based proteins, and vitamin E.

PISTACHIOS

Nut on the rise and increasingly in demand. They are among the nuts with the highest antioxidant power, which, along with their intense flavor, makes them a delicious and healthy snack. They also add flavor and color to your sweet and savory recipes. Our pistachios and nuts are carefully cultivated and processed in Spain, in the Castilla-La Mancha region, which is ideal due to its climate and soil, to offer the best flavor and preserve their properties to the fullest. We market pistachios produced by us in the field and processed in our plant in Guadalajara, shelled, dried, calibrated, and stored in perfect condition with a modified atmosphere until delivery to the final customer.
